Our history
My family and I attended Charis Bible College, where we learned the transformative power of the Word of God and the importance of serving others. One scripture that shaped our journey is Isaiah 58:12:
“Those from among you shall build the old waste places; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; and you shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.”
This verse became our mission—helping people who find themselves stuck in tough property situations. Our first deal was a true testament to this calling. We worked with an owner who no longer wanted to repair an abandoned building. It was a great honor to give him a fair deal and, in the process, provide an opportunity for a family to purchase the property, fix it up, and create a fresh start for themselves.
Since then, we’ve expanded our efforts to serve families and individuals across the region, always focusing on practical help grounded in biblical principles. We’re committed to bringing hope and relief to those in need, turning neglected places into new beginnings.
Our mission

That’s why my family and I started this business: to help people move forward without the usual headaches and delays of listing a house on the market.
